About Xandex Semiconductor

The Semiconductor Division of Xandex Inc. is one of approximately 2,000 companies which provide the equipment and materials used to fabricate, test, assemble and package integrated circuits. This multi-billion dollar global industry enables the manufacture of semiconductors which in turn drive over $1 trillion in annual world wide electronic device sales.

The Xandex Semiconductor Division designs, manufactures, markets and services products and equipment for use in the testing of semiconductor devices which are the technology drivers for computers, automobiles, telecommunications products and a vast array of consumer electronics. The Company's products and services enable semiconductor manufacturers to test the integrity of semiconductor devices while in batch wafer form or as packaged chips.

The Company's primary offerings are test interface design and manufacturing services for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and high speed DieMark® inking systems used to mark defective devices at wafer level test for positive identification during latter assembly and packaging processes.

Xandex sells its semiconductor products directly to end-users and through independent regional distributors. The Company's products are also sold to manufacturers of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for incorporation into their products. Xandex products are distributed throughout North America, Europe, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines from its Petaluma, California headquarters. Via its distributors, the Company maintains regional sales and customer support operations in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and the Peoples Republic of China. Each of the Company's distributor facilities is located in proximity to significant semiconductor manufacturing centers.

The Xandex global presence also includes a wholly owned venture capital investment arm, Xandex Ventures.
